One more thing for your routine
Neuro Plus in the morning. ROAR Lion's Mane, a different job.
I take my lion's mane as well as Neuro Plus. They don't overlap: not one ingredient is shared. Here's what ROAR is, so you can decide if it belongs next to your Neuro Plus.

Why I put these two side by side
You just chose Neuro Plus, a morning formula built from vitamins, an amino acid and herbs. ROAR is a completely different kind of product: a mushroom blend. That's the honest reason it's here. It doesn't repeat anything in your Neuro Plus bottle.
In my own day, Neuro Plus goes with my morning routine and I take my lion's mane as well. I'm telling you what I do, not what everyone needs. If you'd rather keep things simple with one product, skip this.
If you do add it, read the label below first. It lists each mushroom and the amount per 2-capsule serving, so you know exactly what you're adding.
Two different labels
Neuro Plus
- •Vitamins, an amino acid and herbs
- •Bacopa, L-tyrosine, huperzine A, gotu kola, inositol, zinc, active B vitamins
- •2 capsules · 60 per bottle
ROAR Lion's Mane
- •A blend of 10 functional mushrooms
- •Lion's mane, cordyceps, reishi and shiitake (266 mg each) plus a 266 mg mushroom blend
- •2 capsules · 60 per bottle · 1,330 mg per serving
ROAR is built around lion's mane (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting bodies, the mushroom people know for its long use in traditional practice and its growing research interest.*
The human research on lion's mane is early: small trials, mixed results. I'm not going to tell you Neuro Plus and ROAR work better together. There's no study of that. What I can tell you is that they're two different kinds of product, and some people like both in their day.*
ROAR label: 2 capsules once a day, 20–30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz glass of water.
